Webinar 5: Research & Publish: How to be successful – 29 November, 18.00 CET

Research is an important element in every area of healthcare. It enables practice and skills development, ever-improving practice and the creation of new ideas. It ensures the highest levels of patient care and treatment. However, it can be difficult to know how to start a career in research; where and how to begin, how to find a topic, how to write it, where to publish, how to publish.
If you want research to be a part of your career or think it will be something you will be interested in in the future, join us on 29th November.

Speakers: Tugba Pehlivan; Eva Pape
Co-Chairs: Tihana Gašpert; Helena McCallig

Webinar 4: Emergencies in oncology settings – 15 November, 18.00 CET

Emergency presentations and admissions are a common occurrence in oncology, whether due to disease, treatment, or another pathology. They can develop at any point in the patient’s journey; at diagnosis, through treatment, at end of treatment, at end of life. Understanding the symptoms of acute illness and knowing how to act when they present are crucial skills of every oncology and emergency nurse.

Do you want to understand more about managing emergencies in the oncology setting? Do you want to know how changes in nursing are impacting acute services? Do you want to learn more about nurse led acute oncology services?

Speakers: Matthew Fowler, EONS Board member; Luka Perić – Medical Doctor, Croatia.
